I did not enjoy the food here .. just an fyi
No it isn't.
The food was delicious and the service was great. I definitely recommen this place. Have a Pina colada.
Went into restraint only 2 other tables who were there before us. We were a party of 3 the server took over a half hr to come take our orders. Was unable to flag him down. Manager stated tight at us and could see we were not being served. We had to go get another server to get our server. The food tasted like there was still soap left on the dishes. Which impacted the taste of the food. A vegetarian salad was argue with and you would think you could not go wrong with a bowl of lettuce shredded cheese tomato s and pepper but that soapy taste penetration through the food. Even paying the bill we had to chase the server down. This was a horrible experience and definitely not worth the high priced charged
Amazing customer service hands down. I ordered the carne asada. The meat was very moist and tender. The rice was ok , but everything else was tasty. Their salsa was spicy but I enjoyed it. Our waiter was Gregory . He was outstanding.
Outstanding food and ambiance. Every dish is beautifully prepared and tasteful. The corn tortillas are the best, the desserts beyond scrumptious, and the service great!
We always refer customers to Alicia's but on the one occasion we decided to stop in service was not great. Hoping it was an off night and that the customers we are referring are receiving better service. Only had appetizers which were good.
Fast friendly service. Chips and salsa are outstanding.....I got the beef enchiladas and will be yrying the fajitas on my next visit.
The place is very nice and staff is friendly..My only concern is when they run out of beer or liquor.. It can be days or a week before you can order what you want..Why not just go buy it at Specs next door to make the customer happy. It's a Win Win.
I am SO disappointed. I’ve been to the Alicia’s in Katy and the food was awesome, so today I was craving enchiladas and ordered the Enchiladas de Carnitas and stuffed jalapeños through Door Dash. The food was delivered quickly but EVERYTHING about the food was awful. The ranch that came with the jalapeños had a drop, and I mean just a tiny dab of ranch. The jalapeños were soggy because they put lettuce and tomatoes on the bottom of the container and then placed the fried jalapeños on top. I imagine they do this for appearances but it only makes the jalapeños soggy. They were also flavorless. The enchiladas were filled with very tough, dried out pork that was hard to chew and gross. The refried beans were hard and thick on top like they had been sitting in this to-go plate over nite without a lid. I seriously want my money back. I’m completely Karen right now and need to speak to the manager. I’d NEVER serve my customers tough dried out pork. What a waste of money!
Really enjoyed my first experience here! Salsa and chips are on the high end of the quality scale (and you know that's an ultra-competitive category here in Houston) and the menu had almost too many choices for both cocktails and dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed all our selections and found service just right - attentive enough without being bothersome.
The place smells strange, I waited forever for drinks while I saw employees standing, the food tastes nothing like Mexican, and is grossly over priced for the SAD excuse for food you get served. very below average. At the end my good friend asked if they have any sort of military discount.... the server took his sweet time asking the manager after guessing at the answer himself. Both said no, nothing for military or veterans. Don’t waste your time or energy on this place.
The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. I enjoy going there once a week to bring food home and I also enjoy dining in.
First time ever visiting this restaurant and I really enjoyed visiting! Waitresses were friendly, the service was quick, refills would be constant and efficient as well as more chips and salsa! Food was delicious! Many varieties of food to choose from as well as drinks! The food was out in about 15 minutes which was wonderful and the waitress was very sweet! Over all a wonderful experience ⭐️
I ordered the “Build Your Own” and a small Tortilla Soup and ever single part was disgusting, well the part that I received at least, part of the Build Your Own was missing. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Taco Bell has better food quality than this place
Tried for first time. Expected the typical Tex-Mex fusion, but ended up enjoying the fajitas. Good portions for lunch. Food was well seasoned without being over salted. Thin tortilla chips and salsa with just a hint of spice. Will return to try food dinner, someday.
Food was awesome. Wait staff right on point! Prices were good..Highly recommend this restaurant.
Nice. Very happy this place is practicing social distancing. The restaurant was labeled tables or label and the servers and hostesses had their masks on and menus are now online once you scan the barcode at your table
As always, the food was fresh and the service was fantastic. First time I've been there with a group, we had a ball
The food was so yummy! I had Shrimp Enchiladas and a Sangria Swirl Margarita!! Delicious! My only con is that they close early but I’m not sure because of the side of town it’s not that busy but 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends
Amazing my waiter made me feel right at home 💯
Fajitas and queso flameado take out tonight was delicious and filling. Spouse had a tequila shot to go. We have leftovers to enjoy! As for service, masks and gloves in use. Hand sanitizer available. Good physical distancing. Safety is a priority. Will be in rotation for our takeout Saturday.
Great family owned Tex-Mex restaurant with four Houston locations. They are known for their Fajitas Alicia, Enchiladas Suizas, and the Street tacos. Pair with the Mariachi Coco margarita for a true Tex-Mex experience!
Great food and friendly staff and great atmosphere and the fish tacos are delicious
Great food. Very sweet wait staff
Very nice restaurant. The food was delicious but are waiter was not that attentive. They were not busy at all. We got a second refill on our drinks.
The principal at George Ranch high school gave all of the teachers a $15 gift card for Alicia’s Mexican restaurant at Christmas 2019. We attempted to use the gift card April 30, 2020. Just a few months later and after placing a take out order,, when we picked it up they would not honor the $15 gift card and made us pay full price. Wow I’m pretty sure the principal bought at least 100 gift cards for the faculty and yet the managers don’t wanna honor it in the middle of a pandemic. I lost my job. we could not afford to pay full price but we were forced to. I probably should have just drove off. I will not spend my money in this company’s restaurants again.
Great restaurant! The food is always delicious and the staff is always awesome! The steak fajitas make my mouth water just thinking about them!
Good Food. Good vibes! Enjoyed my lunch!
I used to go here alllll the time before I moved but omg this place has AMAZING food their burritos are so delicious
We dine at Alicia’s at least once a week. The great food is always served hot and in a timely manner. Our favorite Mexican Restaurant. The Manager, Javier, is a very good Manager, well liked by the employees and patrons. He and staff are always friendly and makes sure we are happy with our meals. We highly recommend Alisha’s if you are looking for good Mexican food.T & S Tatham
